He explained every part of my plan to me in great detail, and I really appreciate that he didn't try and pressure me into add ons or anything like that at all. As a 23 year old woman, I've had lots of other companies try and push me into not so great plans thinking I don't know any better and that I'll say yes to anything. During Hurricane Beryl, my house sustained major damage. Not only did Al's team reach out to me immediately to check-in, but Al personally helped me navigate the claim with State Farm's Corporate adjuster team. Even when they ruled against me, Al stepped in and advocated on my behalf (often speaking even after hours). Because of Al and his team, my home claim was not only granted, but he absolutely made the difference in navigating the entire process at such a difficult time for my family and I. Never had so much personal attention from my local agent, but it made ALL the difference. As a fairly new customer, can't recommend Al and his team enough! They even saved me money on my homeowner's and car policies as well. Don't hesitate to go with Al!"

"If I could give this place a 0, I would. They are liars, scammers, and literally steal from you. The agents are clearly not knowledgeable in this field and give misinformation to their clients. My rate went from $152 to $352 because an agent gave me misinformation about my Drive Safe & Save, then when trying to resolve the issue, they lie and then say they can’t do anything for you. Extremely unprofessional and disgusting behavior on behalf of these people. They should be ashamed of themselves trying to lie and steal from people. Never using this company again!"
