"Al Johnson and the team at Al Johnson State Farm deserve a 5 star + rtg! I was a 20 yr Allstate customer and came over to State Farm in late 2023. During Hurricane Beryl, my house sustained major damage. Not only did Al's team reach out to me immediately to check-in, but Al personally helped me navigate the claim with State Farm's Corporate adjuster team. Even when they ruled against me, Al stepped in and advocated on my behalf (often speaking even after hours). Because of Al and his team, my home claim was not only granted, but he absolutely made the difference in navigating the entire process at such a difficult time for my family and I. Never had so much personal attention from my local agent, but it made ALL the difference. As a fairly new customer, can't recommend Al and his team enough! They even saved me money on my homeowner's and car policies as well. Don't hesitate to go with Al!"

"If I could give this place a 0, I would. They are liars, scammers, and literally steal from you. The agents are clearly not knowledgeable in this field and give misinformation to their clients. My rate went from $152 to $352 because an agent gave me misinformation about my Drive Safe & Save, then when trying to resolve the issue, they lie and then say they can’t do anything for you. Extremely unprofessional and disgusting behavior on behalf of these people. They should be ashamed of themselves trying to lie and steal from people. Never using this company again!"

"State Farm is the worst insurance company and this agent wasn't helpful at all in filling my claim or helping during the claim process. I have been fighting with State Farm last 3 month due to roof damage and water leak during the hail storm last March and we're not getting anywhere with them!!!!! All my neighbors got their claims approved and changed their roofs due to the extensive hail damage during the storm except me since I counted on this garbage insurance!!! Even their inspector they show up for 5 minutes and take poor quality pictures to declined your claim!!!!! The agent is only responsive for the policy renewal and collecting money from the customers. Definitely it's a garbage insurance company who is trying to avoid paying your claim at any cost :-( Please stay away and find a better provider even with a higher price."
